Since 2016, "Surgical Thoughts: A blog about surgery" has been posting a mean of 2 posts a month. Today, we reach 215 posts in 9 years. Covering several different topics of general surgery, I believe this blog was able to deliver ideas, innovation, knowledge, and thoughts that make all surgeons think and eventually change their daily practice. If that is so, the objective was accomplished with advantages for surgeons and patients. Once again, thank you to all the readers for keeping their minds tuned with "Surgical Thoughts: A blog about surgery".
Following the 215th post, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Next year will be the 10th birthday of this blog. Amazing, is it not? Ten years of constant posting is great and should be celebrated. That is why a surprise will be available within the next year to celebrate the date. Stay tuned.
