SEPS DAY ("Dia da SEPS") is the only hands-on course of subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery (SEPS). This is a minimally invasive technique which offers the best results to treat incompetent perforator veins of the lower limbs. Incompetent perforators are responsible for non-healing varicose ulcers and for early recurrence of varicose veins. All surgeons treating varicose veins should have SEPS within their armamentarium of techniques.

The first edition of SEPS DAY took place in October 2014. The Surgery C Department of CHUC-Hospital dos Covões in Coimbra, Portugal, was the home of the first five editions (2014, 2015 - two editions, 2016, 2017). Now times they are a changing and SEPS DAY is moving on.
The sixth edition of SEPS DAY (teaser movie available) will be held in Castelo Branco, Portugal. The Surgery Department of Hospital Amato Lusitano will host the return of SEPS DAY. The objective is to teach SEPS and share tricks and tips with fellow surgeons. Do not miss it!
