SEPS DAY is the only hands-on course available about Subfascial Endoscopic Perforators Surgery (SEPS). This minimally invasive technique treats incompetent perforators of lower limbs. These veins are implicated in venous ulcers and varicose veins' recurrence. SEPS offers better results than percutaneous ablation of perforators (PAP techniques - LASER, radiofrequency, sclerotherapy). Remember that with SEPS you can treat more perforators than those found with ultrasound, meaning that with PAP techniques those perforators would be left untreated.
